Procedure for Customer Complaints and Dispute Resolution

  1. Complaint and Dispute Officer: The individuals responsible for receiving and handling complaints and disputes shall be designated managers from the Customer Service (CS) team for each market.
  2. Submission of Complaints and Disputes: Customers may raise complaints and disputes with N&P Korea during business hours by contacting the Customer Service Center in their supported language via phone, fax, or in-person visits to the company’s branches.
  3. Processing of Complaints and Disputes: Complaints and disputes received shall be handled by the designated managers for each market through the web server administrator account within their authorized level of information access. In cases where a complaint or dispute requires access beyond the manager’s authority, it shall be processed by the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), who holds the necessary system access privileges.
  4. Notification of Complaint and Dispute Results: The manager in charge of handling the complaint or dispute shall notify the user who submitted the complaint or dispute of the result in writing or by electronic means. The time at which the applicant receives the result from the company shall be deemed the completion of the complaint and dispute handling process.
  5. Objection
    If you disagree with the result provided by N&P Korea Co., Ltd. you may request dispute mediation from the Financial Supervisory Service (FSS) or the Korea Consumer Agency, or file a lawsuit with the relevant court.

  6. Withdrawal from the Electronic Financial Transaction Agreement, Overseas Remittance Service Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Open Banking Service Agreement can be made through the contact information provided below.
